Now a days most of the youngsters are addicted to the internet and computers.Addiction to internet is the main cause of obesity problem in the world.So people should also do other activities apart from being glued on to the computer.I will try to list down some activities that can be done to avoid the internet addiction.
1.Since internet addiction causes obesity the natural alternative to it is exercise.Exercise not only helps in weight loss but also makes you feel and live in a healthy manner.
2.Finding a suitable hobby.I am not talking about computers which seems to be the hobby of most of the youngsters today.I am talking about hobbies like knitting,gardening etc.
3. Reading books and magazines.Again not in e-book format but in the format of printed paper.
